Access Plan
Access is one of six strategic outcomes for NZAC, and hence an important part of the NZAC Strategic Plan.
NZAC have set aside a specific fund to support access issues – the key purpose of the fund being to ensure ongoing access to New Zealand’s outdoor recreation areas for human powered recreation (primarily crags and climbing!). More info on the Access Fund, including criteria and application process, is detailed in the application form.
Aim: To vigorously advocate for the interests of climbers, primarily on issues relating to access, recreation opportunities and conservation.
