Location
Nestled amongst the trees at the very end of School Tce above Department of Conservation Headquarters at Arthur's Pass Township. Vehicle access and parking, 5 minutes walk from Railway Station, 2 minutes walk from Department of Conservation Visitor Center. An excellent base for climbing, tramping, walking and skiing in the surrounding National Park.

Facilities
30 single bunks and one double with mattresses, electricity, heaters, hot showers, fully equipped kitchen (cooking and eating utensils, fridge with ice-box only, stove, microwave), comfortable common room, wardens room, indoor toilets and a picnic table. We recommend you bring along some toilet paper - just in case supplies have run low.

Access
Lodge locked with combination keypad, code available during office hours from the National Office when booking. Please note that the code is NOT available from the Department of Conservation at Arthur's Pass.

Fees
Members $15, non-members $25 per night, $10 day-use only. Group and youth rates are available upon application to the NZAC. Fees are payable to the National Office, PO Box 786, Christchurch 8140, or can be left in the drop box at the lodge for casual users.
