Access
Off Desert Rd to Tukino Skifield, then 1.5hrs on poled/cairned route from road end, 15m marker pole close to the hut

Keys
Hut is not locked. If you have a 4WD and want access through the locked gate, keys can be obtained from the Hut Booking Officer. There is a $20 key deposit.

A key to the access road is also held by the Wellington Section. Currently it is held by the AIC Coordinator for the Instruction Course. Currently the AIC coordinator is Don French (email contact) mobile: 027 4452980.

Fees
Members $5, non-members $10 per night, payable to the National Office, PO Box 786, Christchurch Mail Centre 8140.
