Premiums & Fees

Policy Premiums

The premium varies depending on the duration of your trip and what activities you will be doing.  You must take cover for the highest rated activity being undertaken and that rate will apply for your entire journey.

Premiums are for travel worldwide (bar the war risk exclusion) with travel to Polar Regions assessed case by case.

These premiums apply to all persons aged 69 and under. Premiums for those aged 70 and over will depend on an individual’s health, countries visited and activities being undertaken. Please send your completed application and AGA Travel Risk Assessment Form (pdf, 203kb) to NZAC for rating.

Family policy: Your dependent children or grandchildren under 21 years of age plus up to one other non-related dependent child under 21 years of age travelling with you are covered free of charge.  Their policy benefits are shared within your policy limits.
