Trip Report – Another way to summit….

A wonderful cold Autumn evening flight after launching my paraglider from Minor Peak, next to Lake Wakatipu close to Glenorchy.

The subtle first snow on the tops of Major Peak, Mt. Larkins and Ben More contributed to a fantastic scenery from the air.

The landing was on Pigeon Island to camp for the night in the middle of the lake.
