Fascinating Accident Report From AAC

The American Alpine Club collects and publishes accident reports in their Accidents register. These are a great opportunity to read and learn about the mistakes other climbers have made and to use these as lessons to apply to your own climbing and behaviour. This particular report has some interesting learnings and a fairly unlikely set of circumstances, it is well worth a read.
